Originally named Integrum Worldwide, the company was founded by two prominent principal investment companies. As a private company, the organization was built on the back of three key initial acquisitions and the recruitment of industry veteran Claude Zdanow to lead the business.
Claude Zdanow brings nearly two decades of experience scaling and directing marketing and advertising enterprises, working with global brands like 7-Eleven, Disney, and Microsoft. As ONAR’s CEO, his innovative and high-performance approach to business development is positioning the company as a leading force in the marketing technology industry.
As of today, ONAR is a public company with nearly 50 employees across five continents, and it is aggressively expanding its team to support the company’s growth and acquisition pipeline. With its agencies servicing over 45 clients across various industries, ONAR has completed key acquisitions of Hell’s Creative, Shell Shock, and VMED in early 2023, to support its clients' needs and vision. ONAR’s network of agencies focuses on servicing companies ranging from $50M to $1B+ in revenue, and ONAR is actively searching for agencies to acquire and become part of the network.
In January 2025, ONAR also established ONAR Labs as the company's dedicated innovation hub, focused on developing and commercializing proprietary marketing technology solutions that have been battle-tested across ONAR's network of agencies. Our team of seasoned data scientists, engineers, and industry experts are building real-world solutions that deliver measurable impact, beginning with our first commercialized product offering, Cortex.
